SolarEdge Technologies is a leading provider of smart energy solutions, and we're seeking a Customer Service Expert to join our team.

As a member of our Technology & Innovation group, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies that enable efficient energy management.

About the Job:
  • We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide top-notch support to customers and contractors through inbound calls, chats, and emails.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of solar electric products and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot and diagnose grid tie solar system issues using general knowledge, product schematics, and data stored in our knowledge base.
  2. Work closely with operations to validate authorization for part releases and update our knowledge database with new troubleshooting information.
  3. Document all activity in our ticketing system and maintain technical knowledge using our Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and technical helpline or remote support.
  • Basic understanding of IP network technology.
  • Experience with solar electric products or similar is a plus.
  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong communication skills internally and externally.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working for an international organization is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers, peers, and managers.
