Associate Implementation Specialist

The Associate Implementation Specialist will manage and deliver the implementation requirements of key and corporate customers, coordinating all parties and deliverables for small and medium new business accounts.

• Implement solutions in clients' systems through trial implementations, building test scenarios, and implementing changes on production systems.
• Verify trial implementations on test environments, build test scenarios, and implement changes on production systems.
• Coordinate with couriers and eCommerce sellers to determine requirements and details necessary to implement accurate solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training for retailers.

• IT-related studies as part of a degree or technical studies.
• A keen interest in IT and a willingness to learn about new software and tools.
• Ability to think analytically and create optimal solutions for problems encountered.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience working with clients and identifying their needs.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
