Aerospace Leader Seeks Experienced Structural Analyst

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team in Rzeszow, Poland.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in performing and checking detailed structural analysis to determine structural integrity.
  • This role supports customer inquiries, service bulletin development, failure investigation, and regulatory agency coordination.
  • You will be responsible for documenting structural analyses and data required to show compliance with Boeing, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership skills are essential as you will lead resolution of technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.
  • You will develop new technical approaches to solve problems and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 4+ years of work experience as a structural analysis engineer in the aviation or related fields, including calculation of loads, static, fatigue, corrosion, and damage-tolerance analyses.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs.
  • Readiness to provide weekend/holiday support when needed.
  • Readiness for business trips – up to 25% of working time.
  • Solid communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • Existing right to work in Poland.
