Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Solventum, a pioneering healthcare company, is seeking a skilled professional to ensure the smooth transportation of raw materials and finished products within the EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering transport for deliveries of raw materials and shipments of finished products
  • Preparing reports on transport issues
  • Organizing import deliveries and verifying documents for import clearance
  • Preparing export clearance documents
  • Supporting trade compliance efforts
  • Processing courier shipments
  • Maintaining communication with customs authorities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics, or Trade Compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and English (communicative level)
  • Excellent work organization and personal culture
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of customs procedures in international trade
  • Experience in logistics positions
