As a Business Development Associate at TN Poland, you will be responsible for supporting sales teams by handling administrative tasks, analyzing market and competitor data, resolving minor key merchant queries, preparing documents, and assisting with RFPs and RFIs.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will support the big merchant onboarding process by gathering documents, following internal processes, and pushing necessary information.
  • You will assist in RFPs and RFIs by collecting all necessary documents, consents, etc. to prepare offers.
  • You will work closely with sales teams to support contract negotiation with big merchants.
  • You will provide initial trainings for new big merchants to help them understand our PSP.
  • You will build an educational database for sales teams.
  • You will conduct market and competitors analysis to identify trends, new products, features, and strategies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in direct B2B sales.
  • Understanding of the SMB landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Experience in e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sector.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work well across internal teams.
  • Fluency in English: Both written and spoken proficiency.
