At TN Poland, we are seeking a skilled International Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating interest in potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and providing subject matter expertise.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Supply Chain management, experience with CRM tools, and excellent language skills in German (min. B2) and English (min. B1). You should be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, as well as make many calls per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on inbound leads and make outbound cold calls and emails
  • Identify key players and generate interest in potential clients
  • Support building training curriculum & Work Instructions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and loyalty
