TP Specialist

We are seeking an experienced TP Specialist to join our Central Transfer Pricing Team based in Katowice. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles and practices, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of Local and Master Files, benchmarking studies, and review Group intercompany changes.
• Manage intercompany contracts in collaboration with other SGS teams.
• Review and adapt transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with OECD Guidelines.
• Assist in information collection for TP audits, review documentation, and work closely with external consultants.
• Provide business partnering and regional support, advising on complex TP cases and identifying risks.
• Support M&A processes, conducting business reviews and integrating transfer pricing models.
• Implement and manage transfer pricing data management systems, ensuring efficient use of TP solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in transfer pricing (preferably more) or relevant field.
• A university degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment.
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
