PLM Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our PBS - Package Based Services department as a PLM Consultant. You will be responsible for applying ITIL processes and managing ITSM tools for Incident, Change, and Release Management.

You will work closely with our clients to ensure seamless product support, addressing their queries and enhancement requests. In addition, you will develop and maintain user documentation and technical guides.

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Teamcenter integrations and Active Workspace, as well as expertise in Teamcenter maintenance and support.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Apply ITIL processes and manage ITSM tools;
• Maintain and integrate Teamcenter implementations;
• Address customer queries and enhancement requests;
• Develop and maintain user documentation and technical guides.
