Current Project

We're seeking skilled developers to join our team working on the largest platform in Switzerland, supporting young students in their first career choices. Over the years, we've built a strong relationship with this customer, and we have a great time working together.

About the Project

yousty.ch is the largest platform in Switzerland, helping young people in their first career steps. It assists students in finding their first apprenticeship as well as a profession they'll be passionate about. We develop useful and up-to-date tools for apprenticeship seekers and companies.

Technical Stack

Our tech stack includes Ruby (backend), ReactJS (front-end), Kubernetes (Google Cloud), Event Sourcing, and DDD.

Our Team

Most of our development team is based in Poland (12 people), with 3 other developers from different countries. Our business and product team is located in Zürich, Switzerland. We plan to extend our dev team by another 1-2 people.

Requirements
  • Excellent programming skills in Javascript-based technologies
  • Solid know-how in ReactJS, Typescript, NextJS, HTML, and CSS
  • Solid experience working with JavaScript in a backend
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Good code practices
  • A deep care for your work and a desire to learn and improve every day
