Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end machine learning & AI projects, designing and deploying advanced machine learning methods, and contributing to the improvement of the Data Science & AI department. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  2. Designing and developing machine learning algorithms/models to extract insights from various data sources.
  3. Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the Data Science & AI department.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on industry experience with ML, AI, MLOps or data science projects.
  • Expert knowledge of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in LLMs, Generative AI and agentic AI (including experience with Azure AI Foundry).
  • Fluent in Python and common machine learning libraries (e.g., sklearn, pytorch/keras/tensorflow/langchain, etc.).
  • Familiar with MLOps frameworks, machine learning model deployment formats, and cloud-based ML pipelines.
  • Familiar with agile software development and professional software development practices, tools for source control and project management especially MLflow, Git, JIRA and Azure DevOps.
