We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer to specialize in training voice-to-text models, focusing on fine-tuning the Whisper model to better understand Danish language nuances and our company's specific terminology.
The ideal candidate will possess strong software development skills and excellent analytical abilities to handle complex datasets. Familiarity with the Danish language is a significant advantage, although not mandatory.
Main Objectives:
- Fine-tune the Whisper model to enhance voice-to-text accuracy for the Danish language.
- Collaborate with the AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics teams to develop AI solutions.
- Support ongoing data-driven initiatives within the organization.
- Work alongside other ML Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers.
- Analyze complex datasets to improve model performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in ML engineering and model training.
- Strong expertise in training voice-to-text models.
- Previous experience fine-tuning A Whisper model.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Danish language
This role is expected to last at least six months and offers a flexible start date. We value the right candidate who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to this project.
