Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving security breaches detected by security solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate problematic activity within the enterprise reported through security solutions and teams such as HR, Legal, Data Privacy, and IT.
  • Maintain operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established program.
  • Investigate incidents and develop procedures around data security type events.
  • Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
  • Maintain cases of investigations of problematic activity.
  • Provide on-call support for end users for all in-place security solutions.
  • Participate in the creation of enterprise security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures) under the direction of the Incident Response Supervisor, where appropriate.
  • Maintain up-to-date detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
  • Be the IR representative for tool configuration and project support.
  • Recommend additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security.
