Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team at Philips. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Supply Chain Department across the Europe Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the Supply Chain Department, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Monitor ongoing operations and take necessary actions at different stages of the process, including handling DEFOAs (Defects on Arrival).
  • Systematize and fine-tune processes involving third-party suppliers, escalating issues when needed, and collaborating with other departments.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring that the team's processes are well-documented and transparent.
  • Promote best practices in KPI management and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (passion for data analytics & visualization and Python/Power BI knowledge will be a plus).
  • Enthusiastic about process improvement, some experience in operations or supply chain management will be a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
