About Medpace:

We are a global full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Our custom software is a key component to our success.

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack .NET Developer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland, focused on our core clinical systems and internal applications. Strong attention to detail, innovation, and implementation of new technologies are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the software development life-cycle.
  • Utilize skills in development areas including object-oriented programming (C#), databases (SQL, Entity Framework), and web applications (Angular).
  • Collaborate with other software developers, product managers, and testers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in shaping software development methodologies, tools, and procedures.
  • Mentor other team members and propose architectural improvements.
  • Support the recruitment process and contribute to the growth of our software development team.
Our Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of software development experience using technologies such as C#, Webservices, GraphQL, Git, Entity Framework, and relational databases.
  • Understanding of software development life-cycle (SDLC) and software release management.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead team members.
