We are seeking an exceptional Content Writer and Process Mapping Specialist to join our team. This role requires a skilled individual who can craft compelling content, develop process documents, and create engaging videos for product management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update knowledge articles on MyHR to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the internal library by organizing and categorizing content
  • Create process maps and write detailed process documents to streamline operations
  • Produce high-quality videos and engagement content to support product management initiatives
  • Prepare updates for MyHR GPT and Workday to enhance system functionality
  • Promote system adoption among users to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Translate content into multiple languages using AI tools and human reviewers
  • Manage feedback on content tasks through a ticketing system
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in content writing, process mapping, or a related field
  • Fluency in Polish and English with excellent communication skills
  • Technical writing skills to create clear and concise articles
  • Experience with HR processes and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and HRCM systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to work effectively in a global team
