We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of digital capability across multiple sites, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive measurable value from innovative technology solutions.
As a key member of our External Manufacturing Operations team, you will ensure that all technical systems are available, secure, and compliant with GSK standards. You will also manage internal and external technology providers to meet expected service levels.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex digital capabilities, operating in regulated environments, and managing diverse stakeholder groups. They will possess strong expertise in current technology solutions, digital management systems, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of foundational, advanced, and innovation projects related to technology.
- Collaborate with business leadership teams to prioritize key technology projects and strategy over multiple years, benchmarking with other GSK sites and externally within the industry.
- Act as a site technology subject matter expert, maintaining and sharing deep domain technology expertise and knowledge, facilitating input from other internal and external subject matter experts when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science, engineering, computing, or similar discipline.
- Experience in delivering and operating complex digital capability with significant business change using Agile methodologies.
- Managing diverse stakeholder groups aligning business outcomes to digital interventions.
