Are you a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager looking for a new challenge? Join us at TN Poland as we seek an exceptional professional to lead our infrastructure delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS, GitLab, and Jenkins, and driving the adoption of DevOps practices throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business, leveraging AWS, GitLab, and Jenkins.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure seamless integration with development teams and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of DevOps practices and improve our infrastructure delivery processes.
  • Present new ideas and provide recommendations for new technologies to various stakeholders, including technical leads, product managers, and business leaders.
Required skills & experience:
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure delivery management, DevOps methodologies, and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and containerization.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide junior engineers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Good command of English written and spoken.
