Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team at Danone's Planning Center in Katowice. As a key member of our supply chain planning team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal balance of stock and service levels across our divisional central and CBU warehouses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels, ensuring the right products are available at the right time, and maximizing Customer Fill Rate (CFR). This includes collaborating with 3rd party supply points, call-off planning, monitoring of productions, and deliveries on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with 3rd party supply points to calculate optimal production and delivery plans.
  • Optimizing inventory levels to ensure right products are available at the right time.
  • Maintaining smooth and professional working relationships with 3rd parties and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for these parties, CBUs, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to supplier improvement agendas, including MOQ optimization and cost reduction initiatives with other 3rd party manufacturers' departments.
