About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Product Manager to join our Digital and E-commerce team at Arla Pro, our global foodservice division. As a key member of our Agile Release Train, you will be responsible for representing our foodservice business and ensuring our needs are prioritized and met.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Foodservice in the IT Agile Release Train (ART) Management Team
  • Lead cross-functional SAP projects through the organization
  • Collaborate closely with other ART team members and Product Owners in the Global Foodservice team
  • Participate in PI planning, present the Roadmap, develop cost estimates, and submit the Lean Business Case for Foodservice
Requirements
  • Experience with agile (ideally SAFe) and a strong ability to link business needs to IT development
  • Great facilitation skills and the ability to engage with people of different cultures and backgrounds
  • A master's degree level or other relevant education
  • IT understanding gained from 3-5 years' experience
  • Advanced English skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with SAP and/or Masterdata will be an advantage
