Sopra Steria Apps Services seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead a team on an international program for a leading aerospace company. The program follows the SAFe Lean-Agile Framework at the Portfolio Management level, with a global development team and stakeholders.

This role requires living in Tricity, with on-site presence in Gdańsk client offices 2 days a week. As a Servant Leader, your key responsibilities include coaching the development team within Scrum principles to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a facilitator for Scrum events to ensure transparency and continuous improvement
  • Support the Product Owner to maintain the product backlog
  • Determine the definition of done and ready for the product
  • Identify and manage impediments or risks blocking team progress
  • Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team
  • Educate key stakeholders and the organization on Scrum/SAFe principles

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in an IT development team
  • Good technical understanding of the development process
  • Leadership and facilitation skills (Servant Leader)
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to act as a facilitator
  • Conflict resolver
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes and act accordingly
  • Fluent English: C1/C2

Preferred Requirements:

  • SAFe certifications
  • Knowledge of French

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
