About This Role:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the globe.

  • You will manage customer relationships, anticipate and identify their service needs, and maintain a strong partnership with Premium Accounts.

  • You will handle customer transactions, update customer portals, and notify customers of order issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • You will review purchase orders, ensure compliance with 3M terms and conditions, and collaborate with the business on customer relationship management.

  • You will analyze customer data, identify areas for improvement, and participate in meetings to drive process improvements.

  • You will work closely with internal teams to guarantee service quality, resolve claims, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • You will engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, driving continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To succeed in this role, you will require the following minimum skills and qualifications:

  • Flemish/Dutch, French, and English at minimum C1 level (knowledge of any additional European languages will be an asset).

  • Equivalent professional experience in customer service area (minimum 3 years).

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

  • Strong skills of ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce will be a big advantage).
