Join Our Team as a SAP FI/CO Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Specialist to join our team at Josera Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań and Nowy Tomyśl. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for participating in exciting transformation projects around S/4 HANA, redesigning financial processes, and supporting the development and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Participate in S/4 HANA transformation projects and contribute to the redesign of financial processes.
  • Support the development and optimization of SAP FI/CO solutions under S/4 HANA.
  • Accompany and support the introduction of new software and advise colleagues and users on SAP FI/CO topics.
  • Ensure cross-process feasibility and implement technical requirements with customizing, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Completed studies in business computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Interest and knowledge of new technologies such as S/4 HANA and SAP cloud solutions.
  • Several years of professional experience in the finance sector would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP finance, controlling, group reporting, cash management, and cross-module knowledge of related SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as ABAP is also welcome.
  • Analytical thinking and effective action, solution-oriented and goal-oriented work, and high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Good written expression in English and German skills.
