Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Agent. As a key member of our Gorzów Wielkopolski team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our courier services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the work of couriers and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Preparing reports for the department as needed
  • Receiving and assigning tasks to couriers
  • Tracking the progress of tasks and ensuring timely completion
  • Providing support for clients in the office
  • Entering data into our system

Requirements:

  • A secondary education
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office)
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Basic knowledge of English (A1/A2 level)
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and accuracy in performing tasks
  • Stress resistance
  • Desirable experience in the transportation industry and experience in preparing cash reports
