We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Installation Manager to join our team in Poland.
Main Responsibilities- Compliance with relevant regulations, corporate policies and best practices.
- Development and upkeep of project documentation.
- Safe planning, coordination and logistical management of offshore installation tasks.
- Implementation of efficient work authorization, handover and transfer processes.
- Asset management and maintenance oversight from receipt to final handover.
- Implementation of the OMS system.
- Definition and management of Harbour supervision, site technician, site administrator and marine coordinator roles.
- Management of consolidated punch lists and contractor close-out activities.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of documented experience in construction management, preferably in large-scale wind farms, with 2-3 years of documented leadership experience.
- Strong technical expertise, teamwork and exceptional communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.
Contract employment opportunity at the mid-senior level.
