Lead Accountant

At Noble, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, ICP, and FA.
• Take full responsibility for financial bookkeeping, including controlling monthly financial reporting, month-end process, review of balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring internal controls.
• Manage the relationship and data requirements with external accountants, consultants, and tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements for both Group and Statutory reporting purposes.

• At least 5 years of experience in finance accounting or reporting.
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English (min B2).
• Master's degree in Finance or Business.
• Advanced knowledge in working with financial books.
• Experience in working in international environments.
• Experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
