Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Focusing on the entire 'employer life cycle' and being a reliable partner for employees.
  • Responsible for the entire sourcing and recruiting process in cooperation with managers.
  • Advising and supporting managers on HR-relevant issues to retain employees in the company.
  • Coordinating personal development tools, and being proactive in the cooperation with managers.
  • Scrutinising and optimising existing HR processes and implementing new ones where appropriate.
  • Reporting that provides management with a well-structured overview of the HR area and includes all relevant KPIs, updates on HR projects, and corresponding recommendations.
  • Actively participating in various cross-site HR projects, such as employer branding.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A successfully completed degree in HRM, psychology, or sociology.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to enable international exchange.
  • Knowledge in the field of labour law and be used to solution-oriented work.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office programmes and ideally have experience in project management.
  • Understanding and practical experience in HR processes like staffing, talent, and organisation development, succession plans, employer branding, etc.
  • Fluent in both English and Polish.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with international teams and wide ranges of stakeholders coming from different levels of the organisation.
  • Team player, facilitator, and leader.
  • Strong analytic and implementation skills – problem solver.
  • Business and result-driven.
