  2. Lead and manage residential electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  3. Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a positive working environment and achieve project goals.
  4. Supervise and mentor electrical teams, focusing on effective task performance and efficient resource allocation.
  5. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and status reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  6. Carry out site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the quality of work.
Requirements:
  • Valid ECS Card
  • SMSTS
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, with a focus on residential projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple contractors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle competing priorities.
