At Aptean, we're seeking an ambitious Sales Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wrocław. This role focuses on re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering new opportunities within our existing customer base.

This Account Revitalization Expert will contribute to Aptean's growth strategy by revitalizing inactive accounts and driving customer engagement. The successful candidate will proactively contact dormant accounts that have been inactive for 12 to 24 months, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Contact dormant accounts to reignite interest and explore growth opportunities
  • Operate on a named account basis to ensure clear accountability and personalized account management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure cohesive sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to drive revenue growth
