Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tactical Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Consumer Experience team. As a marketer in this role, you will be responsible for managing promotional activities across various channels and analyzing their effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of promotional activities using cross-channel data and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Consumer Insights department to track competitors' promotional activities across all categories.
  • Work closely with other teams, including RGM, Trade, Digital, and Consumer & Business Insights, to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and analyze their effectiveness to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of promotional activities and marketing trends to provide valuable insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a multi-category environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
