About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at AT&T. As a key member of our Product Development group, you will play a crucial role in building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customers love and need.


In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform, as well as build and maintain applications, modules, and workflows within the platform. Your strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting languages and development tools will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and databases
  • Develop and manage detailed documentation of systems and features
  • Conduct unit, system, and integration testing to ensure quality and stability of created solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects as they arise

About You


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions. You should have a strong background in cross-platform software engineering, with experience in ServiceNow scripting languages and development tools. You will be part of a collaborative team that values teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting languages and development tools
  • Proficient in web development technologies HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs
  • Good understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent troubleshooting skills, and being open-minded and passionate about solving problems vs. using one specific solution in all situations

Location


This is a hybrid-flex worker position where our preference is for you to be present with your team in the office at least 1-3 times per week. Travel between our locations in Brno/Bratislava is expected from time-to-time.
