About the Job

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Communication and Engagement Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that effectively support FAO's mission, while also driving employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management efforts.

Your responsibilities will include building a strong internal communications network, ensuring executional excellence in internal communication initiatives, and developing high-quality multimedia content for various internal channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build a strong internal communications network across FAO, collaborating closely with HR, IS, HSE, and other key departments to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure executional excellence in all internal communication initiatives, maintaining brand integrity and adherence to corporate identity and design guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans that effectively support FAO's mission, ensuring clear and engaging messaging across all internal platforms.
  • Create high-quality multimedia content for various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations, to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as town halls, staff events, and recognition programs, fostering a motivated and connected workforce.
  • Support change management efforts by crafting and executing communication strategies that facilitate smooth organizational transitions and minimize disruptions.
  • Manage internal crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and transparent dissemination of critical information to employees.
