About the Role
We are seeking a Presales Engineer to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding our network business in Poland, working closely with local sales representatives, business partners, and end-customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales and revenue targets set by the organization
- Support existing business partners, distributors, and end-customers with regular updates on our network portfolio
- Support business partners during all stages of the sales cycle (RFI/RFP etc.)
- Collaborate with business partners and end-customers on network designs
- Support the Proof-of-Concept phase of customer/partner network designs
- Share knowledge and collaborate with our international Presales team
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving network sales, ideally with a strong technical background
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with end-customers & partners
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Polish mother tongue, fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory), any other languages a plus
- Network industry relevant certifications like CCNA Routing & Switching, ALE ACSE OmniSwitch R6 / R8, ALE Stellar Wireless ACFE or ACSE, HPE-Aruba Wireless, Nokia IP/MPLS Service Routers
- Sales relevant trainings/certifications like project management, effective presentation skills, conflict & negotiation management
