The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Poland.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the backend team, mentoring junior developers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Develop and implement robust, scalable backend systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and maintain open communication.
  • Participate in development discussions to shape approach, functionality, and design.

You will be responsible for the performance optimization and reliability of our systems, actively contributing to monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using SQL Server, .NET, and .NET Core.
  • Experience in modernizing legacy architectures and transitioning business logic out of stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with Azure technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best practices is a plus.
