AmeriGas Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior AP Accounting Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounts Payable and be able to deliver high-quality customer service through accurate and timely processing of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicate with business owners and vendors to resolve issues and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Enter invoice data into our system and post invoices and credit notes according to established procedures.
  • Handle process exceptions and initiate required communication to obtain timely resolution.
  • Prepare invoices for payment and handle related exceptions.
  • Perform weekly and monthly reviews of outstanding payable balances, not matched invoices, and not approved invoices.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of P2P related workflow tools and Microsoft Office package.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of Hungarian language.
