About the Role:

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Confluence Jira Expertise Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating a deeper level of engagement with our customers by supporting them with Confluence and Jira tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support to internal teams with Confluence and Jira tools, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of these platforms.
  • Influence the adoption of Confluence and Jira among clients through education, enablement, and exciting product experiences.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that maximize the benefits from tool usage.
  • Champion platform and tools by presenting at conferences, writing tutorials, and publishing content (blog posts, tutorials, videos, etc.)
  • Gather new insights about the platform and tools from the community, and feed them back to users of the platform.
  • Work within a collaborative team to support end-users with queries related to the tools.
  • Develop and deliver internal tool set training, presentations, and take ownership around queries on request.
  • Utilize relevant information to diagnose and resolve or enable resolution in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate initiative and act as an effective and helpful member of the team.
  • Prepare best practices handbooks and extend licenses, adapt add-ons to user needs.
  • Research global trends and implement best solutions to our internal environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 Years experience in Application Support or Management.
  • ITIL Introduction & Basics.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
