Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a strong DevOps background to join our Emergency Call Handling team in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to extending the capabilities of our mission-critical platform and enhancing the existing technologies we use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Java and DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain the platform's architecture
  • Ensure the platform's high availability and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with modern DevOps tooling
  • Practical knowledge of microservices and REST API
  • English language skills for efficient communication with peers and customers
  • Leadership skills and ability to organize work and plan for the team

Preferred Skills

  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure or private Cloud
  • Practical knowledge of Ansible, Cloud formation or similar
  • Observability and monitoring experience
