Cross Border Talents is a leading global provider of talent solutions, seeking an experienced German Language Supervisor to join our client in Katowice, Poland.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and fluency in German to oversee a team of customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, meeting performance metrics, and promoting company values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Oversee day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Regularly coach and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance targets, providing constructive feedback and developing improvement plans as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address performance issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that customer service meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets, communicating clear performance expectations to team members.
  • Escalated Customer Calls: Handle escalated customer calls with expertise and professionalism, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (B2-level) and English proficiency.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership abilities in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to develop and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around €35,000-€45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Cross Border Talents offers a range of benefits, including competitive bonuses, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive compensation package.
