Job Description:

The Customer Care Services Senior Process Associate will be responsible for providing administrative front and back-office support to the Technical Service Organization and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering exceptional service to customers involving several key responsibilities that include responding to customer inquiries, managing service requests, processing orders, and developing analytical reports.
  2. Supporting systems-related administrative functions for ServiceMax and SAP and ensuring data accuracy.
  3. Coordinating planning and data management in FSM with regular reporting to stakeholders.
  4. Monitoring and resolving remote alerts, alarms, and connectivity issues.
  5. Ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and relevant regulations.
  6. Participating in audits as needed.
  7. Administering field calibrated tools as needed.
  8. Providing ad-hoc support to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Actively participating in the assessment of customer support processes.
  10. Successfully completing the training plan attached to the position.
  11. Developing and updating process documentation as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: A minimum bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
  3. Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure.

  1. Solution-Oriented: Ability to make logical, fact-based decisions and anticipate customer needs.
