We are looking for a specialist to fill the position of Fullstack Java Technical Leader for our client, a French multinational bank providing financial services such as retail banking, investment banking, asset management, and insurance.
Salary and Benefits: This position offers a B2B contract via Devire, with a salary up to 180/h net + VAT. Additionally, you will receive a benefits package including medical healthcare, sports membership, and more.
Job Description:
- Ensuring Consistency in Development: As a Fullstack Java Technical Leader, you will be responsible for promoting code reusability, encouraging the use of transversal tools, and ensuring consistency in development.
- Participating in Study and Estimation: You will participate in studying and estimating the backlog into user stories, developing high-quality new features while adhering to software craftsmanship and DevOps best practices.
- Identifying and Resolving Bugs: As part of your responsibilities, you will identify and resolve bugs to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Documenting Architectural Decisions: You will document architectural decisions and technical choices to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Engaging in Knowledge-Sharing Activities: Engage in knowledge-sharing activities within the program community and work in an international environment, where fluent English is required.
- Synchronizing with International Teams: Synchronize and share with international teams, advocating for simplicity in solutions and delivering incremental improvements.
- Ensuring Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure adherence to best practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), documentation, and Architectural Decision Records (ADR).
