Opis Stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego EPU Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie wszystkimi aspektami produkcyjnymi w powierzonym obszarze. Oczekujemy, że będzie on w stanie zapewnić bezpieczeństwo, przestrzeganie standardów oraz dyscyplinę w powierzonym zespole.

Obowiązki
  • Odpowiedzialność za funkcjonowanie wszystkich aspektów produkcyjnych w powierzonym obszarze
  • Odpowiedzialność za bezpieczeństwo, przestrzeganie standardów oraz dyscyplinę w powierzonym zespole
  • Odpowiedzialność za wdrażanie wymagań APSYS w powierzonym obszarze
  • Raportowanie, kontrola oraz korekta czasów pracy pracowników w elektronicznym systemie AOS i ADP
  • Motywowanie zespołu do osiągania coraz lepszych wyników
  • Monitorowanie wskaźników produkcyjnych oraz wdrażanie PDCA w przypadku ich przekroczenia
  • Realizacja rocznych celów rozwojowych w systemie ALPS
Wymagania
  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie lub wyższe
  • Odporność na stres
  • Podstawowa wiedza z dziedziny elektroniki oraz procesów SMD
  • Dobra organizacja pracy własnej
  • Sumienność i dbałość o szczegóły
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
  • Samodyscyplina i samodzielność
  • Przestrzeganie zasad etyki oraz umiejętność rozwiązywania konfliktów
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym
  • Pewność siebie oraz pełne zaangażowanie
