Italian Language Technical Support Professional

We are seeking an Italian Language Technical Support Professional to join our team at Pracujw in Bulgaria. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in Italian language.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work on simple or complex customer technical issues.
  2. Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes, and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues.
  3. Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions.
  4. Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in Italian language both written and spoken - C1.
  2. Good command of English - B2.
