We are seeking a talented Kotlin Specialist ID31851 to join our team at JobFinder Spain. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality Android applications using Kotlin. Our company creates custom software solutions that help companies across various industries change the lives of millions.
Responsibilities:- Design & Development: architect, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin; build flexible, data-driven mobile components that perform seamlessly across phones, tablets, and desktop views;
- Lifecycle Management: oversee the full Android development lifecycle—from initial concept to release and ongoing updates; troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure smooth and reliable app operations;
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work closely with product managers and design teams to ensure user-centric feature development; lead integration and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other modern build tools;
- Technical Expertise: 3+ years of commercial Android development experience; proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and modern Android frameworks and libraries; demonstrated experience in building extensible, data-driven Android software, integrating with RESTful APIs, JSON-RPC, gRPC, or similar protocols;
- Roku Experience: familiarity with Roku development (e.g., BrightScript, Roku SDK, SceneGraph) to support integration of companion features between mobile apps and Roku streaming devices;
- Process & Collaboration: experience working in a multi-developer environment, including managing App Store build creation, submission, and deployment; a strong advocate for platform-specific CI/build infrastructure and automated testing;
- Industry Awareness: up-to-date with current mobile trends, emerging technologies, and modern development approaches to continually elevate product quality;
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate level of English.
