Strategic Product Designer for End-user Experience

Text is committed to creating seamless experiences for our customers. As a Senior Product Designer for End-user Engagement, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and driving business outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with our product manager to plan and refine high-impact solutions to real user problems. You will take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from discovery and research to prototyping and final hand-off.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Design: Develop designs that are centered around customer needs and preferences.
- Design Metrics: Develop and track design metrics to measure the success of our designs.
- Design Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to validate design assumptions and measure their impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Design Governance: Establish and maintain design governance processes to ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentorship and Feedback: Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to help them grow professionally.
- Have 5+ years of product design experience: Ideally in a SaaS or tech environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution skills.
- Are fluent in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD: You seamlessly use them to create intuitive designs, gather insights, and analyze data to inform your decisions.
- Have a strong foundation in UI and UX design: With a keen eye for detail, you create user-friendly and visually polished experiences that are responsive and accessible.
- Think strategically about design: You're able to align your work with broader business goals, addressing potential challenges early and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Distill insights from data: You can translate both quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable design strategies, producing impactful visual artifacts like flows, user journeys, and inspirations.
- Take ownership of your work: You're proactive in driving projects from ideation to launch, making confident decisions, and solving complex challenges independently.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills: You can adapt your message effectively when working with developers, designers, and global stakeholders.
