We are looking for a talented Head of Treasury Surface Solutions to join our organization and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our finance function.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management and be able to build and implement key treasury processes during this transformative period. The successful candidate will establish and manage the global treasury function and respective processes for Surface Solutions, in close collaboration with the GNMI treasury team; ensure 'day one' readiness and smooth transition into a standalone setup.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee funding strategies and credit lines, manage financial risks, and maintain banking relationships to ensure the financial stability of the newly independent business.
  • Develop and implement cash management strategies to ensure efficient liquidity management, and establish and oversee global payments infrastructure.
  • Handover a fully functioning team to GNMI Group Treasury after approximately 12 months.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in leadership roles in banking / treasury management, cash management, and financial risk management, ideally within a mid-sized international company.
  • Demonstrated experience in building a standalone treasury function, particularly in a multi-national context with multiple legal entities.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance.
  • Agile mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
