We are seeking an experienced Investment Fund Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently book transactions executed on investment funds accounts. You will verify received instructions for correctness and completeness, and prepare accounting records and reports.
You will also perform control functions in a process, verifying transactions booked into an accounting system and preparing accounting summaries/reports. Your role will involve working closely with other teams and divisions to ensure seamless execution of responsibilities.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need at least 6 months of experience in a similar position. Banking experience and analytical thinking skills are essential. Good time management skills and knowledge of financial instruments will be a plus.
