Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our R&D group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING: Developing new features and functionalities that enhance the user experience and drive business growth
  • Maintenance and bug fixing: Ensuring the stability and reliability of our software solutions
  • Code review: Collaborating with other developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
  • Tech debt management: Identifying and addressing technical debt to maintain a healthy and efficient codebase

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in software development principles and practices
  • Experience with PHP, MySQL, Git, Docker, and REST API
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of 11,000 - 18,000 PLN gross per month, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including private medical care, life insurance, lunch cards, sport cards, professional training, and English language courses.

We work in a hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from our office in Katowice. Our team is self-organizing, and we prioritize test writing, code refactoring, and technological debt management. We speak both Polish and English internally and with our partners.
