Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to define and document system-specific user stories, incorporating acceptance criteria and definition of done criteria.
- Work alongside the internal delivery team in Sprints, contributing to the successful delivery of change and acting as a proxy product owner.
- Lead workshops to gain understanding of business problems and identify possible solutions.
- Lead Sprint Planning sessions and work with the team to plan Sprint Commitments.
- Lead daily Stand-ups for the delivery team and ensure delivery of stories as per the Sprint Commitment.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in systems analysis principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
- A deep understanding of user story creation in adherence with INVEST principles.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- A strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts and solutions in a logical manner.
- Experience and understanding of the Agile Technical Product Ownership role.
- Proven experience working on integrated website delivery projects.
