We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Solution Implementer to join our team at Link Group. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end insurance solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Act as the primary interface between onsite coordinators and customer representatives to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Oversee the timely completion of assigned tasks and provide regular status updates to leads and managers, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed to foster strong relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Lead by example, promoting a quality-driven work culture that embodies excellence and professionalism.
  • Manage the performance and development of direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in line with organizational policies.
  • Train, mentor, and support project resources to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Participate in company-wide people initiatives to promote collaboration, innovation, and growth.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end Insurance Solution implementations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience supporting and implementing banking platforms, with a deep understanding of the technical and business requirements.
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications (BRD, TSD, FSD) that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to bridge the gap between clients and development teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical skills to identify root causes during testing phases, driving continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
  • Proficiency in German (B2 level or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder and client management experience, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
