About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Backend Spark developer to take their career to the next level. We are looking for someone with a strong background in programming, who can lead by example and drive results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing ETL processes using Spark/Scala.
  • Leveraging Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Maintaining and improving existing codebases.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in programming.
  • 3+ years of experience in backend application development with Big Data technologies, preferably Spark with Scala.
  • Agile approach to software development.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (Git, GitHub, Jenkins).
  • Strong understanding of SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills (English at least B2+).
