Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Patient Engagement activities, spanning both proposal and study execution stages. This role will oversee the coordination and management of patient engagement strategies, including patient recruitment and retention, as well as Allucent's Patient Direct Trials offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage patient engagement strategies for proposals, including patient recruitment and retention and Patient Direct Trial opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop study-specific strategies addressing individual study patient recruitment and retention challenges and identify Patient Direct Trial opportunities.
  • Attend bid defense meetings to represent patient engagement components of the study strategy.
Patient Recruitment and Retention
  • Develop, manage, and deploy specific patient recruitment and retention strategies, including materials development, digital outreach campaigns, and site-specific strategies.
  • Work closely with patient advocacy groups to support studies within agreed scopes.
  • Oversight and management of junior team members regarding deliverables, project allocation, utilization, and workload.
Patient Direct Trial Offering
  • Coordinate and manage Allucent's Patient Direct Trial offering, working closely with PDT partners and sponsors to ensure timely delivery of patient engagement solutions.
  • Conduct UAT testing of study-specific PDT patient apps.
Leadership
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines, driving efficiency and quality in project deliverables.
  • Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives, fostering a stimulating work environment that encourages staff engagement and development.
